These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Aussie Rewards Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties, express or implied as to the suitability of goods, services or rewards offered by the individual businesses or organisations offering the goods, services and rewards. Your use of the Aussie Rewards Card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and that you indemnify Aussie Rewards Pty Ltd in relation to the suitability or performance of any goods, services or rewards featured on this website or any linked website.

Use of the Aussie Rewards website and directory is subject to the terms and conditions listed below. Aussie Rewards reserves the right to amend these at any time.

1. Members must abide by any Terms and Conditions posted on the Aussie Rewards Website.

Personal Information

18.     All member information submitted to Aussie Rewards automatically becomes the property of Aussie Rewards and may be used for our own promotional purposes, including the distribution of a regular email newsletter to members.

19.     Members may choose to submit personal information to advertisers as a result of their responding to offers.

20.     Normally, only generic demographic information about individual members is made available to the advertisers on this site, and only when those members respond to offers published on the site.
